How long does a demo take?
Most demos are 30 minutes. We'll show you the products relevant to your practice and answer questions. No pressure, no hard sell.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
How quickly can we get started?
Patient Assist can be live on your website within 30 minutes of uploading your content. Staff Assist is similarly quick. Referral Assist takes a bit longer for fax routing setup—usually a few days.

For practices with 20+ locations, we offer custom Enterprise+ plans with volume pricing and dedicated support.
