What counts as a "location"?

A location is a physical office where patients are seen. If you have 5 clinic addresses, that's 5 locations. Satellite offices and telehealth-only don't count against your limit.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise+ customers typically sign annual agreements for volume pricing.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access to your chosen plan. No credit card required to start. If you love it, add payment to continue. If not, your account simply pauses.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is NephroAssist HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Referral Assist (which handles PHI) runs on Azure's HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with BAAs in place. Patient Assist and Staff Assist are designed to be non-PHI by default.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
